Pyridoxine P5P 60 Capsules 275 mg

This formulation of vitamin B6 combines pyridoxine with its activated coenzyme form, pyridoxal-5-phosphate or P5P. As P5P, vitamin B6 is extensively involved in the metabolism of amino acids, lipids, and nucleic acids. The requirement of B6 becomes greater, the higher the intake of protein. Supplementation with vitamin B6 as P5P can be helpful for those unable to produce it efficiently from pyridoxine in the liver.

Each capsule contains: Vitamin B6 – 275 mg(91% as Pyridoxine HCl and 9% as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate)

Other ingredients:

Cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide.

Suggested use:

As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
